Delete in the app first

You can delete your account directly from Settings in the app. This removes the anonymous account and associated data where technically possible.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send us the anonymous player ID shown in Settings. We will process your request within 30 days. Do not include unnecessary personal data.

Submitting opens your email client. You may also email us directly at loic-emmanuel.bah@le2mholding.com.
