There is no account to delete: Trafic Control never creates one. Here is how to erase everything linked to the game.
There is no account
Trafic Control has no sign-in, no profile and no server. LE2M Holding holds no data about you from the game, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
Erase the data on your device
- Open the game and go to Settings.
- Tap Reset progress and confirm. Your levels, stars, coins, lives, boosters and trophies are erased. Your purchases ("Remove ads", "Premium pack") are kept.
- To remove everything, including settings, uninstall the app. All local game data is deleted with it.
This cannot be undone: we have no copy and cannot restore your progress.
Advertising data
Ads are served by Google AdMob. To stop personalised advertising and detach past ad data from your device:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Turn off tracking for Trafic Control, or turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" for all apps. The advertising identifier is then no longer shared with the app.
- Android: Settings > Privacy (or Google) > Ads. Choose "Reset advertising ID" to get a new identifier or "Delete advertising ID" to remove it.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you can also withdraw your consent in the game under Settings > Ad choices. Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Purchase history
Your purchase history is kept by Apple or Google in your store account, not by us. It is managed from your App Store or Google Play account.
