End User License Agreement

This page describes the licence you receive when you install Trafic Control.

On iPhone and iPad

Trafic Control is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement:

Our Terms of Use add the rules specific to the game (virtual items, purchases, advertising).

The licence below applies, together with our Terms of Use and the Google Play Terms of Service.

Scope. LE2M Holding grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the game on devices you own or control, for private and non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the game; copy, modify, reverse-engineer or decompile it except where the law expressly allows it; or remove its copyright notices.
Ownership. The game is licensed, not sold. LE2M Holding and its licensors keep all rights not expressly granted. Open-source components remain under their own licences, listed on the licenses page.
In-app purchases. Coin packs and life packs are consumable; "Remove ads" and the "Premium pack" are non-consumable and can be restored from Settings or the Shop. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google.
Data. The game has no account and no server. See the Privacy Policy.
Warranty. The game is provided "as is", without any warranty other than those required by law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Termination. The licence ends automatically if you do not respect it. You can end it at any time by uninstalling the game.
Governing law. French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
