These terms apply between you and LE2M Holding when you download and play Trafic Control. By installing the game, you accept them.
1. The game
Trafic Control is a free traffic-light management game for iOS and Android, published by LE2M Holding (France). It works without an account and stores your progress only on your device.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial use. The details are in the End User License Agreement. On iOS, Apple's standard EULA applies.
3. Coins, lives and boosters
Coins, lives, boosters and other in-game items are part of the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another person or another device.
Important: because there is no account and no server, these items exist only on your device. If you uninstall the game, change device or reset your progress, consumable items (coins, lives, boosters) are lost and we cannot restore them.
4. In-app purchases
- Consumables: coin packs and life packs. They are credited once and are used up as you play.
- Non-consumables: "Remove ads" and the "Premium pack". They are bought once and can be recovered on the same store account with "Restore purchases", available in Settings and in the Shop. The coins, lives and boosters included in the Premium pack are consumable and are granted only once.
"Remove ads" removes the ads shown between levels; optional rewarded videos remain available for players who want the reward.
Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, at the price shown at the time of purchase, and are charged to your store account. LE2M Holding never receives your payment card details. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
5. Advertising
The game is funded by ads served by Google AdMob: interstitials between levels and optional rewarded videos. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the sites and apps they link to. See the Privacy Policy for your choices.
6. Fair use
You agree not to copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the game except where the law expressly allows it, not to bypass purchase or advertising mechanisms, and not to use the game for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The game, its name, logo, graphics, levels and code belong to LE2M Holding or its licensors. Third-party components are listed on the licenses page.
8. Availability and changes
We may update the game, add or remove content, change prices of future purchases, or stop distributing the game. We try to keep the game working well but do not promise that it will be free of bugs or interruptions, or compatible with every device.
9. Liability
The game is provided for entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, LE2M Holding is not liable for indirect damage or for the loss of locally stored progress or items, for example after uninstalling the app, resetting it or changing device. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor the statutory guarantees consumers benefit from.
10. Children
The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you are a minor, ask a parent or guardian before making any purchase.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. If you continue to play after a change, the new terms apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.
